In the event of dissatisfaction with the service provided, I agree to promptly engage Left Lane Customs (2804632 Ontario Inc.) to address any concerns. Additionally, I commit to disclosing fully any pre-existing damage or mechanical issues with the vehicle before detailing commences. Understanding the inherent risks associated with car detailing, particularly concerning pre-existing damage, I release Left Lane Customs (2804632 Ontario Inc.) from any liability for damages arising from undisclosed pre-existing damage or malfunctioning equipment (e.g., unsecured trim pieces, malfunctioning electronic controls). Moreover, I acknowledge my responsibility to notify Left Lane Customs (2804632 Ontario Inc.) of any specific areas of the vehicle that I prefer not to be detailed before services commence. Furthermore, I understand that Left Lane Customs (2804632 Ontario Inc.) does not provide services for the reinstallation of child car seats as part of their detailing services. I also agree that if payment is not made promptly, Left Lane Customs (2804632 Ontario Inc.) reserves the right to retain possession of the vehicle until payment is received, and a storage fee of $60 per day will be charged for storage. By accepting this waiver, I affirm that I have thoroughly read and comprehended the terms delineated above. I willingly assume any associated risks.
